If you are spending valuable time constantly searching through paper records for customer or company information, Scan2Archive can save you time and physical office space by transforming your books and bound documents into multipage searchable PDF/A eBooks.
Many thousands of records can be archived on Microfilm and Microfiche. The retrieval of this information is very time consuming and unproductive. Scan2Archive have the expertise and specialized systems to offer Microfilm and Microfiche scanning for 16mm & 35mm microfilm, aperture card and microfiche. After conversion, these valuable records may be easily retrieved as single and multi-page PDF or PDF/A documents with text-recognition and search capabilities, or alternatively as high resolution TIFF images.
Scan2Archive also offer in-house microfilming services. Microfilm can break down over time and degrade the image quality on film. Our strict quality control processes will identify degraded film during the scanning process. We can then duplicate the degrading film (if needed) and rescan using the new film roll – the end result is the highest quality digital files and a new microfilm archive for the Customer.
