Scan2Archive offers a secure document collection service from your office to our secure scanning facility. Each project is allocated one of our experienced project managers to manage the entire project from secure transportation through to industrial destruction or secure return.

Prior to scanning, your files are carefully prepared including; the removal of all staples, clips, and fasteners. Post-it notes are repositioned clear of any text and page corners are unfolded and paper tears repaired as required. Any excess dust or dirt is removed prior to scanning. Once digitised the images are straightened, rotated, cropped, colour corrected (if needed) and blank pages removed.

All the data captured can be immediately uploaded into any financial planning software or CRM solutions such as X-Plan, Coin and Midwinter. Alternatively, the scanned files and associated digital assets can be made available through a secure FTP link. If requested, Scan2Archive can also provide access using online file-sharing services or deliver a portable hard drive/USB directly to you.

Finally, once we receive your approval to destroy the documents, they are securely shredded and pulped to NSW Government standards and a certificate of destruction is provided.
