  • Box collection and secure transportation to our facility.
  • Document preparation.
  • Document scanning in 300dpi colour.
  • On demand scanning, 1-hour turnaround time i.e. whilst we have the files if a planner or the licensee requires a customer file urgently we will scan and email back to the planner or licensee immediately.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for text searching.
  • File naming as per client name.
  • Portable USB media file delivery.
  • Secure destruction of files following approval.
  • 6 months’ data storage.
